Before you can blabber about not being able to tackle in Raven, tell me about the last time you had a MWD, Pt and web on your Geddon.
Geddons are not meant for these situations. These situations(your opponent is pointed, webbed, has a high sig radius, and is in your range) are rarer than you'd think. If that's your definition of PvP then something is wrong with you. A Geddon can get similar DPS and Tank without relying on the opponents sig radius, speed, and distance nearly as much, but it comes at the price of being stuck to a damage type.
